The change should be identified from service user feedback and/or observations made in practice. Each student is to consider a Quality Improvement Project which could help improve experience for the service user in the placement area they have most recently experienced.

This will then be presented in your seminar groups on Tuesday 13/04/2021 for peer review and feedback. The constructive feedback you receive will help you formulate your summative poster and written assignment. A consideration of the theoretical concepts, evidence, reports and guidelines regarding service user involvement, quality improvement, managin‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍g change and leadership should be mentioned.
