pick one or two areas of the subject
(for example, you can talk about age,social roles in general, gender roles and stereotypes, specific roles you have taken on, or the ways that you and your parents and grandparents took on those roles
differently).

observe out in society and use them to show that you can see how the abstract material we discuss in class has a direct connection to people’s real lived lives; illustrate the material by providing a good rich detailed story.
