Watch the video of your rehearsal three different ways:

1.Look away from the screen and simply listen to your verbal delivery. How might your audience perceive your credibility, enthusiasm, conviction, and confidence? Focus on what you are saying and how you are saying it. 

2.Turn the video’s sound off and watch it in total silence to analyze your nonverbal delivery.

How might your audience perceive your credibility, enthusiasm, conviction, and confidence?

Notice your facial expressions, eye contact, gestures, and posture/stance.

3.Watch your video normally with the sound and visual together. Do you notice anything new or different?
